Forest Fest International Jamboree 2023

Located in 250 acres of Sherwood Forest, Forest Fest UK is open to all Scouts, Explorers, Network, Guides & Senior Section and Youth Organisations from the UK and around the world.

With a camp theme, Forest Fest UK will be an exciting celebration of international camping.

The camp will be overflowing with activities that will challenge you both physically and mentally, developing your #SkillsforLife. There will also be ample opportunity to get to know other campers from a diverse range of backgrounds and share your camping experiences from around the world.

Itinerary

Forest Fest UK will run from Friday, 28th July – Wednesday, 2nd August 2023.

We take great pride in organising an international camp that has a fun and exciting family atmosphere, whilst nurturing the personal development of each and every camper.

Brent District Contingent

For Scouts & Explorer Scouts: 10½ - 17

For those born between 28th July 2005 and 31st January 2013.

We have 24 Places for Scouts and Explorer Scouts to join the District Unit. Scouts will take part in the full range of programmes, they will be working in 4 patrols in will take turns preparing food for the unit.

Cost includes transport to and from the event. Deposit of £40 followed by ten instalments of £33.50.

There will be a selection process. Application Form - Apply Here! This form should be completed by the young person supported by a parent or guardian.

Our Access Fund is available to cover half the costs of this event.

For Leaders: 18+

For anyone born before 28th July 2005

We need a team of four to six adults to volunteer to be part of the Unit Leadership team. There will be an evening shift rota, and those off-duty will be able to enjoy Leader only evening events.

Cost: £50
