Nights Away Notification

The Nights Away Notification provides the information a Lead Volunteer requires to APPROVE an event to take place (POR 9a.2.3.5(d)). The Permit holder is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate Lead Volunteer is informed about each Drey, Colony, Pack, Troop, or Unit attending a nights-away event (even a District or County event).

For all Nights Away events notification must be submitted with your Lead Volunteer at least 7 days before the event.

Nights Away Notifications must be submitted through the membership system through Programme support > Nights away notifications > Apply for a nights away

Adventurous Activity Notification

POR 9a.1.3.1: The District Lead Volunteer is responsible for approving all activities for Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, and Scout Network.

For non-adventurous activities, this is delegated to the Group Lead Volunteers/District 14-24 Team Members.

For adventurous activities (defined under POR 9a.7) please use the below form to notify the District Lead Volunteer.
